| Q: Why should I send my videos to Pixorial? |
A: Many companies offer conversion only to DVD. Pixorial’s digital transfer to online files allows all of the following:

| Q: What happens once my videos are online? |
| A: Once your videos are in your account, the rest is up to you. Share what you want, how you want. Watch video tutorials. |
| Q: Where do I send in my videos (e.g. Analog video or film)? |
| A: Once you log in and select "Send Media", you will be prompted to select a shipping kit or a self-ship label that is addressed to Pixorial. |
| Q: Will my original video be returned? |
| A: Yes, all original media is returned unless you specify that it be recycled. |
| Q: How are my videos preserved? |
| A: Pixorial archives media on secure, redundant servers at co-location facilities. |
| Q: For how long is my content archived? |
| A: Pixorial archives all of your videos for as long as you are a customer in good standing. For our basic (free) membership, media is archived up to a 10GB limit. |
| Q: What if for some reason I no longer wish to use Pixorial? |
| A: You can delete your Pixorial account at any time. |
| Q: Do you convert slides or photos? |
| A: Stay tuned... At this time, we digitize video memories, not stills. |
Technical Specifications
| Q: What browsers are supported? |
| A: On Windows XP and Vista, we currently support Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8. On Mac OSx we support Firefox 3. |
| Q: Why can't I use Safari? |
| A: Safari's cache won't store the large files needed for video. Therefore, each time you use Pixorial, you would have to wait for your videos to load. Firefox eliminates this issue. |
| Q: What browser does Pixorial recommend? |
| A: Firefox 3. Click here to download Firefox for free. |
| Q: Do I need to download anything to use Pixorial? |
| A: Aside from a web browser, you will need Adobe's free Flash player. And, the faster the internet connection, the better. |
| Q: How do I view Pixorial's high-resolution shows? |
| A: Pixorial uses the H.264 mp4 industry standard for high resolution movie files. You will need an up-to-date media player such as Apple's free Quicktime Player for Mac OS X, the free Windows Media Player or the free VLC Player which works for both Mac OS X and Windows. |

| Q: Can I use Pixorial for free? |

A: Yes! Pixorial's Basic Membership is always free! This is a great place to start having fun with your videos. Upload and archive up to 10 GB. Edit and share video for up to 10 minutes at a time. All online sharing and broadcasting options are free, including high-resolution downloads!
Our Pro Membership is only $24.99 per year! With our Pro membership you have unlimited upload, editing and archival. And you can share video for up to 120 minutes at a time! Make the most out of your memories, including archival storage of all of your content for life of the account. All content is stored securely at its highest resolution. Online sharing includes full-screen sharing and ad-free applications. Please Note: Membership fees do not include costs to digitize old media, or costs for customized products such as DVDs. |
| Q: How much does it cost to digitize my old media? |
A: Finally, a way to make the most of those tapes piled up from the past. Send us your physical media and we will upload to our site so that you can view them online.

| Q: How much does it cost to digitize film? |
|
A: We'll upload your 8mm and Super 8 film so you can view and edit online. All physical media conversions include a free full-resolution downloadable copy.

| Q: How much does it cost to send in Disc/Cards? |

A: $9.99 per Disc/Card up to 6GB. We'll upload your DVDs and memory cards for you so you can view and edit online. (HD coming soon!) *
*Additional Pricing & Shipping Information: All media is shipped via UPS. Customers can self-ship to Pixorial or can request a Pixorial shipping kit for an additional charge. Estimated 3-way shipping charges range from $12 - $25 in the continental U.S. Media conversion is open to U.S. residents only. |
