How do you share your pictures and videos?

By Tired Dad Dave // 2 Wired 2 Tired

I love how we are truly living in the digital age, such amazing ways to share portions of our lives with family, friends, and even the world. Kora and Logan have been exposed to this, they love taking pictures, being in pictures and videos, they get such a kick out of it. Technology has provided us with so many options and its incredible how much is available that wasn’t when we were kids. I got a good kick out of hearing Logan ask Tired Mom Tesa a funny question today. He asked her “Mommy, when you were a kid, were things black and white, like did you have color?” That was awesome!

Technology gives us so many options, but keeping the results of all this technology can be tricky. I have a solution! We just had an opportunity to review a new photo and video sharing service named Pixorial.

Pixorial is a personal photo and video sharing platform, which makes organizing your pics and videos easy so they can be enjoyed how you want them to be enjoyed. What sets Pixorial apart from the competition is its ease of use and the ability to upload pics from every source imaginable. You wanna upload from you stored pics on your computer – no problem, everyone can do that. But you can also upload directly from Facebook, Google Drive, SkyDrive, Instagram, Gmail, Picasa, Dropbox, Flickr, or you can even record or take your own pic right now on your computer or tablet. Pixorial is cloud based and is accessible on your desktop, laptop, tablet and phone – and probably anything else you have that can access the internet!

Pixorial Simplify Your Images and Videos

Consolidation and simplification are the two main traits I got out of my Pixorial experience. Combine all of your media in one spot and create a virtual sharing room with different albums where family and friends can not only view your pics and videos, but add to them as well, creating a truly unique and interactive media share and exchange location.

Pixorial Upload Options

Your Pixorial account is set up into folders where you can arrange, edit and safely store them as well. You have lots of editing options which are nearly endless, you can brighten, sharpen, change the tone, crop, or even add fun stickers. This is not a low quality picture and video like Facebook or Twitter can be, these are full size, full quality images that can get off your desktop or out of your phone and viewed by many who will enjoy them.

A free account to Pixorial comes with 7gb of storage and can easily be upgraded to a variety of levels. For example, you can upgrade to an account with 75 gb of storage for what equate to less than $8 a month. The ease of uploading and access from all your devices could make this a no brainer investment for you.

Pixorial can help with this simple, but tough question: What is the most recent family activity you wish you would have shared with your family and friends, but you still have the pics in your phone or sitting on your computer? Sign up for a free account and let us know how Pixorial would best work for you in the comments!
