Our Founder on Storytelling March 28th, 2012 / Comments: 0 As we mentioned last month, Pixorial recently had the honor of being invited to speak at the Digital Media Symposium held in Boulder, CO. The event was packed with innovative thinkers and technological trailblazers, including Dr. Alvy Ray Smith – the co-founder of Pixar – and Don Hahn, producer of The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and other notable animated films. Our Founder/CEO, Andrés Espiñeira, also offered his thoughts and perspectives during a 20-minute talk on storytelling and video. As he points out, technological advances mean that you no longer have to shoot or own a video in order to edit and share it. In other words, one video can have countless storytellers. This is pretty much the reason we exist: to liberate shared experiences and memories captured on video.
