Software Development
We are looking for developers with Ruby on Rails and Flash expertise to grow our web application platform. You should be familiar with relational databases (We use mySQL.) and have a strong command of some combination of the following: JavaScript, and CSS. UNIX/Linux should feel like a home to you since that is where we are building our project. Most importantly we are looking for innovators -- developers who can write never-been-done-before code.
IT
We're looking for candidates with Linux web server (CentOS, etc.) expertise who think the fast-paced chaos of a start-up environment sounds like fun! We need people who are comfortable with reverse proxying (Apache), and excel at general configuration and performance tuning of databases, operating systems and web servers. Experience with scripting languages (particularly Apple) is a plus.
Operations
Overachievers wanted. We are looking for people who will excel at our current processes and procedures, and will re-design & streamline them to make them even better. We need individuals who have an ability to get things done while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written skills, are necessary. While no programming is required for our operation opportunities, we do expect that your computer skills are very competent and efficient, and experience with video and film is a huge plus!
