By participating in the Pixorial Inc. Get Pro Free Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
A Pixorial Inc. customer is eligible to receive one (1) $27 credit once five (5) individuals they have referred have created an account at www.pixorial.com. This credit provides three months of service for our most popular account, Pixorial Pro75. Pro75 provides the customer with 75 gigabytes of secure, cloud-based video storage plus access to Pixorial’s award-winning video editing feature, Pixorial Producer.
By participating, you are authorizing Pixorial Inc. to use your name, as the referrer, in any and all correspondence sent to the referred individual involving this program. This is so the person you referred will know that you are the reason they are receiving an email invitation from Pixorial.
Only a Pixorial Inc. customer who is at least 13 years of age may participate in the Get Pro Free Program (the “Program”). A referred individual must accept Pixorial’s terms and conditions and activate their account in order to be counted toward the number of referrals needed to earn a bonus credit.
Bonus credits are in U.S. dollars. Bonus credits will only be earned for accounts created by referred individuals who do not currently have Pixorial accounts.
If multiple Pixorial customers refer the same person, the bonus credit will go to the first referral code used. (So if you and your sister both refer your mom, the credit will go to the person who sent Mom the email with the link she used to create her new account.)
A Pixorial customer may only refer individuals with whom they have a personal or business relationship. A member may not engage in any fraudulent activity to earn a Program bonus, such as creating multiple email accounts in an effort to defraud the system. In addition, no “spamming” is allowed. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that a Pixorial customer has engaged in fraudulent activity, or is “spamming” email accounts and/or addresses, we reserve the right to close the customer’s account.
While there is no limit to the number of referrals a Pixorial customer may make in order to earn bonus credits, Pixorial reserves the right to audit any unusually large number of referrals made to ensure that the referrals are genuine prior to crediting a customer’s account. If the unusually large number of referred accounts cannot be verified, the bonus will not be credited. (Honestly, we’ve never seen someone work that hard to game the system, but if you refer thousands of people, we’ll probably assume that you’re doing something not entirely fair and square – so we’ll check it out. We want our customers to tell their friends, and we’re happy to provide an incentive to our customers who like Pixorial – but please be honest and don’t try to do something not nice. It won’t work, and you’ll lose your Pixorial account, too.)
All approved Program bonus credits will be posted to the customer’s account within 60 days of having achieved the required limit of five referrals resulting in new Pixorial accounts. Only multiples of five referrals will result in a $27 account credit for each five new accounts: there will be no credit for less than each multiple of five referrals. (For example, if your referrals result in 10 new accounts, you’ll get a $54 credit good for six months of service; if your referrals result in 14 new accounts, you’ll still get a $54 credit – so try to get that 15th person and you’ll see a lovely $81 credit good for nine months of free Pro75 service!)
If the referred customer closes their Pixorial account before 60 days has passed, that referral will not count toward the required five new accounts. The promotion ends June 30, 2013 – bonuses will be calculated based on the number of referrals active in Pixorial’s system as of July 1, 2013.
Program bonus credits have zero cash value, and may only be redeemed for Pro account subscription purchases made at www.pixorial.com. Products sold on our partners’ web sites are not included in this credit offering.
