What browsers are supported?

On Windows XP and Vista we currently support Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, and on Mac OSx we support Firefox 3.

You can download Firefox for free.

What do I need to use Pixorial?

Aside from a web browser you will need Adobe's free Flash player. And, the faster the internet connection, the better.

How do I view Pixorial's high resolution shows?

Pixorial uses the H.264 mp4 industry standard for high resolution movie files. You will need an up-to-date media player such as Apple's free Quicktime Player for Mac OS X, the free Windows Media Player or the free VLC Player which works for both Mac OS X and Windows.

Why do Pixorial Producer and Pixorial Scene Maker seem to get slower when I use them for a long time?

The longer an application runs, the more memory and resources it uses. Closing the application and launching it again will free these resources and allow the application to continue running smoothly.
